Environmental Issues: Nature and habitat protection, environmental education, eco-tourism, sustainable development, energy conservation and efficiency, healthy living, agricultural policies and practices, marine conservation and pollution prevention, waste management, reforestation, sustainable urbanisation, international work camps, voluntary community groups and individual volunteers, and national and regional legislation;

2. Human Rights: Civil liberties, social justice, poverty eradication, equality, freedom of press and expression, situation of minorities, refugees, trans-gender groups and conscientious objectors, challenging racism, xenophobia and intolerance, youth participation, trade union rights;

3. Diplomacy: Peace and conflict issues, disarmament, regional security and defence policies, impacts of globalisation and the multinational corporations in the region, regional and international institutional bodies, national and regional treaties and legislation, equitable distribution of resources;

4. Cultural Issues: Local, national and regional art, music literature and culture.
